My passion
I have been in Coffs Harbour for 17 years and moved from the country for a coastal change. I have always been drawn to the hospitality industry because I love to meet people and provide sensory happiness through the aromas of coffee and food. I have had the opportunity to work in all sectors for the Industry from cafe and restaurant to resort management, Events and Pop up functions with Celebrity Chefs. I have grown up with a huge work ethic derived from my father.
I have grown up with respect for people from all walks of life and have always had an understanding everyone comes from their own set of circumstances which is what makes us all different.
I have found in the many years of working in the industry, Coffee is as beverage that brings people together and creates a calm sense of transparency. I love serving and providing the best coffee in Coffs Harbour, resulting in genuine loyalty and friendships.
I was brought up on a farm and would not have it any other way. We had sheep and cows and grew our own vegetables. Food has been a huge part of my life. Flavours of the country are very different to the coast. I have developed a liking to the Coffs local produce and what local businesses have to offer. Current trends allow locals to expand their talents to reap the benefits of consumer demands.I've always been a believer in supporting locals.
We have some fantastic products from People of Coffee from Bellingen, Pastries from K'pane, Honey from Repton, Gluten and Vegan free Raw Bars and Red Sparrow Teas.
I am always researching local and organic produce. The disposables I use allow me and the customer to reduce our carbon footprint. The package is all Recyclable and the i-milk dispenser produces very little waste, reducing much impact on the environment.

The coffee here is as good as the best coffee I have had in Coffs Harbour, and the delicious cakes for breakfast ever, really yummy ❤❤❤❤.
